We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Head to lead our creative team at The Branpac, our dedicated brand management division. This role is pivotal in translating client visions into compelling creative executions across a variety of brands and industries. The Creative Head will be responsible for leading a talented team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional creative work that aligns with client objectives and agency standards.
Responsibilities:
- Client-Centric Creative Leadership:
- Lead and inspire the creative team at The Branpac to develop innovative solutions that address client needs and exceed expectations.
- Act as the primary creative point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on creative strategies.
- Translate client briefs and marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts and executions.
- Brand Management & Execution:
- Oversee the development and execution of creative campaigns for multiple brands across various platforms (digital, social, print, etc.).
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to client brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client's brand identity, target audience, and market landscape.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Mentor and guide a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative creative environment that encourages brainstorming and idea generation.
- Manage team workloads, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Creative Strategy & Innovation:
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with client business objectives and agency standards.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative design and content creation.
- Generate innovative ideas and concepts that differentiate our clients' brands in the marketplace.
- Project Management & Performance Analysis:
- Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with account managers and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Analyze creative performance metrics and provide insights for optimization and future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 2 + years of experience in a creative leadership role within an agency setting.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns for multiple brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative expertise across various platforms and industries.
- Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and brand strategy.

- Experience managing creative teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
