About the Role:
EcomFleet is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating high-converting product videos that captivate audiences across multiple platforms. You’ll work with product images, voiceovers, and stock footage to produce 4–5 engaging video variations per product, tailored for different platforms and audiences.
While on-site work is preferred, we are open to remote candidates who demonstrate exceptional dedication, reliability, and commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
What You’ll Do:
- Edit and produce short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos (product showcases, brand storytelling).
- Optimize videos for Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and other social media platforms to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Transform static product images and voiceovers into dynamic, eye-catching videos using professional editing techniques.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines while maintaining high production quality.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written) - must be able to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Experience in eCommerce/DTC video editing—understanding what drives sales and engagement.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to turn still images into compelling video content.
- Keen eye for pacing, transitions, and platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to work independently and deliver polished videos with quick turnaround times.
- Reliability and commitment—especially for remote candidates who must maintain clear communication and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Motion graphics skills (After Effects, etc.).
- Experience editing for Shopify product pages, or social ads.
- A portfolio showcasing before-and-after transformations of product videos.
- Working with AI tools.
