We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (CSR) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering solutions
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Handle returns, complaints, and product or service questions with empathy and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
