We are hiring a smart, energetic, and client-focused CSR to join our real estate sales and support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries related to real estate projects
- Provide accurate project information, payment plans, and site visit details
- Maintain CRM/database of leads and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales team to book and confirm meetings
- Respond to client queries professionally via phone, email, and social media.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in real estate or customer support role preferred
- Excellent communication skills (Urdu & English)
- Confident, polite, and professional personality
- Knowledge of property projects like Zameen, Park View, Etihad Town, Union Developers, etc. is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM)
