Position: Customer Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide prompt, professional, and engaging responses to customer inquiries via chat and other communication channels.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to confidently address customer needs and queries.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Accurately update and manage customer records using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and drive overall performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chat Support Agent or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of packaging campaigns, particularly in the US, Canadian, or UK markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Timings: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
