We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Specialist to join our Design Unit team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service. International sales experience is preferred, and experience in design sales will be a strong plus. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer design needs, and driving sales through personalized consultations and follow-ups.
Location: Gulistan e Johae
Time: 8pm- 5am (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with international customers professionally via phone, email, or chat.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions related to design services/products.
- Maintain a high level of product and design knowledge to support customer inquiries effectively.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
- Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Prior experience in international customer sales/support is preferred.
- Background in design sales (e.g., interior design, graphic design, architecture) is a plus.
- Ability to work night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of design tools/software is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer sales or support roles, preferably in an international or design-related setting.
