We’re Hiring Customer Service Rep / Client Success Manager (Remote – US Hours)
Ahmed Solutions is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping e-commerce and service-based businesses grow through paid advertising and high-performance client service.
We’re now expanding our Client Success team with two fully remote positions open to candidates based in Pakistan:
1. Full-Time – Intermediate to Advanced Level
- Salary: 100,000 PKR/month
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST (US Time)
- Location: Fully Remote (Pakistan-based candidates only)
2. Paid Internship – Entry Level
- Stipend: 40,000 PKR/month
- Duration:
- 4 months (may lead to a full-time offer)
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST (US Time)
- Location: Fully Remote (Pakistan-based candidates only)Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)
- Manage client communication via Zoom, email, and messaging platforms
- Attend and lead 3–5 client calls daily
- Ensure timely response to client queries during working hours
- Track campaign performance (with support from the Media Buying team)
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure timely delivery
- Build strong client relationships to support retention and upsells
- Full-time: Take ownership of client accounts and handle escalations
- Internship: Assist senior team members and learn hands-on
Requirements
- Fluent in English – spoken and written (mandatory)
- Full-time applicants: 2+ years in Client Success or Account Management
- Interns: No prior experience required, but strong communication is essential
- Experience in a marketing agency is a plus
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Notion, Slack is a bonus
- Strong work ethic, high responsiveness, problem-solving mindset
- Must be able to work US Eastern time zone hours (non-negotiable)
- Must have a laptop, strong internet, and quiet workspace
