Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor store systems, software dashboards, and live activity feeds
Log daily events and document any irregularities or alerts
Communicate with U.S.-based teams using chat or reporting tools
Prepare clear, concise shift reports
Escalate issues or unusual findings in a timely manner
Maintain confidentiality and follow SOPs with precision
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Strong observational and critical-thinking skills
Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
Professional attitude and punctuality are a must
Basic tech/computer proficiency (MS Office, web tools)
Prior experience in monitoring, CSR, data entry, or coordination is a plus

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
