Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Be the trusted voice of Alpha CX, assisting customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and deliver fast and accurate solutions.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services with professionalism.
- Maintain and update customer records while safeguarding their confidentiality.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer journey.
- Follow company policies to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking team members who have:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous customer service experience ( mandatory).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with technology and customer service tools.
- A stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
