Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Outbound Customer Support Executive to manage communications with international clients for our transportation (cab service) business. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls, respond to service inquiries, follow up on client bookings, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international clients to confirm or follow up on private transportation.
Provide detailed information about services, pricing, schedules, and policies.
Manage customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Coordinate with internal dispatch or operations teams to ensure timely cab arrivals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
Record call details and update customer profiles in CRM system.
Handle issues related to delays, route changes, driver concerns, and billing.
Support in upselling premium services or loyalty programs when appropriate.
Meet daily/weekly KPIs for outbound calls and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
Fluent in English (verbal and written) – essential for dealing with international clients.
Previous experience in(BOP) call center, customer support, or transportation industry preferred.
Confident phone presence and excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
Willingness to work 3:00am to 12:00pm and weekends (based on Australian Client time zones).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
