- Write and execute SQL queries involving multiple joins, subqueries, and nested queries to extract data.
- Clean and prepare datasets according to the needs of the research department.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data before delivering it to researchers or analysts.
- Maintain and update documentation of data extraction processes.

Experience in optimizing SQL queries for performance, especially in large datasets.
- Assist the ORIC with clinical data analysis and preparation by implementation of statistical tests.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and insights.
- Support data visualization efforts to help translate data into actionable insights using tools like Excel or Power BI.

Conducting training sessions on data extraction, data cleaning and data management.
- Work with other department to understand data requirements for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with the Data Science team to support their work with accurate and timely data.
- Provide regular updates to supervisors regarding the status of data extraction and analysis tasks.
