IWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Design and Sales Consultant to manage customer relationships from initial site measurements to project completion. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction by providing tailored solutions, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with architects and contractors.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete customer experience, including measurements, 3D design creation, proposal finalization, installation supervision, and post-installation follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet assigned sales targets by managing the KDW opportunity matrix, processing client quotations/orders, and maintaining strong relationships with architects and contractors.
- Conduct site visits at critical stages, oversee verification, point marking, PDI, and installation processes, and address client complaints effectively.
- Ensure timely tracking of client payments, coordinate with SCM for product deliveries, and resolve any delays or partial delivery issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in same industry or related fields.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges
- Knowledge of kitchen, doors and wardrobe materials, designs and market trends.
- Proficiency in design software like CAD, Sketchup etc.
