Use AI-powered tools (Clay, Apollo.io, Lemlist, Phantombuster, etc.) to build and automate outbound lead generation campaigns
Identify and engage C-level executives and decision-makers through personalized multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
Set up and optimize AI-driven workflows and sequences to scale outreach and follow-ups
Collaborate with technical teams to configure AI tools for automation and messaging enhancements
Run paid digital campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation and retargeting
Develop and execute SEO and content strategies to drive organic traffic
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing workflows
Analyze key campaign metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions, ROAS) and continuously refine strategies
A/B test messaging, CTAs, and landing pages to improve performance
Maintain CRM hygiene and lead funnel efficiency
Stay updated on AI tools, marketing automation trends, and industry benchmarks

Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
Qualifications: MBA, BBA, BCom, BSc (Marketing or Computer Science), BA (Mass Communication or Journalism), or an equivalent degree in a relevant field.
Hands-on experience with AI-driven outbound tools and cold outreach automation
Strong understanding of modern lead generation workflows and digital funnels
Proven track record of running successful multi-channel campaigns (email, ads, social, SEO)
Excellent communication skills in English
Highly proactive, data-driven, and able to manage multiple tools and campaigns independently
