The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and sales across WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento 2, and Shopify marketplaces. This role will oversee SEO, paid media, and content marketing, while managing a cross-functional team to ensure alignment with business goals and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, performance marketing, and content.
- Manage and mentor teams across SEO, content creation, paid advertising, and UI/UX to achieve marketing objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketplace advertising to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Optimize website UI/UX and landing pages to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyze product competition and market trends to refine marketing plans and tactics.
- Manage content calendars and sales calendars, ensuring timely and effective campaign execution.
- Collaborate closely with design, development, product, SEO, content, and customer support teams for seamless campaign delivery.
- Monitor and analyze SEO, paid media, and overall digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, GTM, Ahrefs, Clarity, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Lead and coordinate multiple digital projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across all major platforms.
- Optimize product detail pages (PDPs) to drive higher search rankings and sales conversions.
- Manage client communications related to SEO, paid marketing, and performance marketing projects.
- Develop and implement social media content plans across all platforms, including Google My Business (GMB).
- Provide leadership, training, and development to team members to foster innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, and performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional digital teams with a track record of measurable results.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and eCommerce PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency in using SEO and analytics tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Clarity, etc.
- Strong experience with UI/UX optimization, landing page conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketplace SEO.
- Solid budget management skills with experience in campaign scaling, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms including WordPress, Shopify, Magento 2, and PrestaShop.
- Experience working with CRM and project management tools.
