Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing, PR & Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker and storyteller who is passionate about building brands, engaging audiences, and crafting authentic, human-centered content that resonates across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative—someone who can develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, build strong media relationships, and produce compelling social content (especially video) that brings our brand to life. You’ll be responsible for growing our digital presence, enhancing brand reputation, and creating content that connects with real people.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels to drive visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Own and manage social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), developing a content calendar and creating authentic, engaging content including reels, carousels, short videos, and stories.
- Plan, script, and produce short-form video content that reflects our brand’s personality and fosters human connection.
- Pitch brand-aligned content ideas to relevant media and influencers, manage media relations, and identify strategic opportunities for exposure, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Monitor and protect the brand’s online reputation, serving as the digital voice of the brand across platforms and communities.
- Engage directly with our audience, build community, and respond meaningfully to comments, DMs, and online conversations.
- Analyze performance metrics to guide decisions and continuously optimize digital efforts for reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, social platform updates, and cultural moments to keep our content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, public relations, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio of content creation, especially humanized and video-based storytelling.
- Excellent communication, writing, and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth understanding of social platform algorithms, digital engagement, and audience dynamics.
- Experience managing digital ad campaigns and using tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere.
- Strategic media acumen with the ability to identify and leverage PR and brand growth opportunities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Industry experience in tech, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Familiarity with influencer/UGC campaigns.
- Experience with email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) or CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
