We’re looking for a results-driven digital marketer to take charge of our SEO, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and online funnel performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering measurable results and is confident using tools like Google Analytics to improve booking rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective white-hat SEO strategies (on-page & off-page)
- Create and optimise sales funnels to increase online conversions
- Monitor and improve conversion rates using CRO tools and analytics
- Manage and maintain our WordPress website
- Improve website performance and speed through technical optimisation
- Conduct ethical link-building campaigns to grow organic traffic
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and similar tools
Must-Have Experience:
- Proven background in SEO (white-hat techniques)
- Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimisation
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
- Experience building and managing sales funnels
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic web development
- Ability to perform technical optimisations for speed and performance
- Excellent understanding of ethical link-building strategies
Compensation:
- Competitive monthly flat fee. Pay is £250 per month + bonus which is £5 for every successful eye test booking online that then attends and converts
