Job Title: Dispatch Officer at Badar Commercial

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process outgoing orders, ensuring that all items are picked, packed, and labeled correctly.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely loading of shipments for delivery.
- Schedule and oversee transportation for outgoing shipments, working with freight carriers to ensure timely pickups.
- Track and monitor the status of shipments, providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatched orders, including packing slips, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on dispatch activities and inventory levels to management.
- Collaborate with inventory control teams to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure that dispatch operations align with inventory availability.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent discrepancies and ensure product availability.
- Ensure all dispatch operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify potential hazards in the dispatch area and implement corrective measures.
Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience with retail industry.
- Previous experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
