Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Editor to join our Doctor Chasing Department in a Call Centre environment. This role involves contacting healthcare providers to retrieve, verify, and edit medical documents and images. Candidates must possess basic image editing capabilities (including Photoshop) to enhance or format documents and visuals as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and edit medical reports, scanned documents, or provider notes for clarity, accuracy, and formatting.
Use Photoshop and other basic editing tools to clean, crop, resize, or enhance scanned documents or images for clarity and readability.
Ensure all documents meet compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, data protection).
Work closely with internal teams (transcription, billing, QA) to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic proficiency in Photoshop or equivalent photo editing tools.
Familiarity with medical documentation and healthcare workflows (preferred).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience handling PDF/image cleanup and formatting tasks.
Ability to work flexible hours and handle US shifts.
Performance Metrics:
Accuracy and quality of edited documents/images.
Call efficiency and provider communication.
Document retrieval and closure rate.
Adherence to turnaround time (TAT).
Compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.
