Job Summary:
We’re looking for Electrical Engineers who are not only technically sound but also have a flair for sales and client relationship management. In this role, you will help promote our home automation solutions, understand customer requirements, propose suitable systems, and manage sales accounts end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and explain home automation systems to clients (lighting, climate, security, entertainment, etc.)
Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proposals.
Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales support.
Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and partners.
Meet sales targets and report on performance and market feedback.
Stay updated on new technologies and trends in smart home automation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in electrical systems, automation, or sales preferred (fresh graduates with high interest in sales are also encouraged to apply).
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex systems.
*Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
*Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and basic sales documentation.
