Shayan Solutions is looking for Email Marketing & LinkedIn Specialists:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns that engage prospects and drive conversions.
- Write engaging and professional email content independently, tailored to different audience segments.
- Ensure high deliverability and inbox placement (avoid landing in spam or promotions).
Create and implement a strategic follow-up sequence (1st, 2nd, and 3rd emails) to maximize response rates.
- Segment email lists and personalize outreach based on user behavior and profiles.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and refine strategies accordingly.
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines and email content to improve open and click-through rates.
- Stay updated with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support lead generation efforts through targeted LinkedIn outreach strategies.
- Write brief, professional LinkedIn messages to connect with potential B2B clients.
- Perform basic follow-ups and engagement with relevant leads on the platform.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align LinkedIn messaging with broader campaign goals.
- Stay informed about LinkedIn trends and outreach etiquette to maintain professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven experience in email marketing and cold outreach, with a focus on B2B lead generation.
- Ability to independently write compelling, personalized email content that engages and converts.
- Solid understanding of email funnels, follow-up strategy, and lead nurturing cycles.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Lemlist, or similar.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices to ensure inbox placement and avoid spam filters.
- Strong English writing and communication skills — clear, concise, and conversion-focused.
- Proficiency in audience segmentation, list building, and campaign performance tracking.
- Basic working knowledge of LinkedIn outreach tools such as Sales Navigator, is a plus.
Ability to maintain a professional and ethical tone in outreach to build authentic connections.
- Up-to-date with trends in email marketing and automation tools.
- Ability to craft personalized outreach messages and avoid spam-like behavior.
- Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking.
- Self-motivated, organized, and result-driven.
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Location: Gulberg III
Working Days: MON-FRI
