Mission Statement
Carrying out, following and developing the production and maintenance activities of the machinery&equipments
to ensure that the planned production is carried out effectively. To organize the trainings of foreman, operators
and technicians working on the machianary&equipment, to ensure the management of the employees.
Main Responsibilities
1- To develop people and process capability according to short-term and long-term needs.
2-Plan, develop and realize protective and preventive maintenance programs in order to ensure compliance of
machinery & equipment"
3-Ensure realization of planned production program, Carry out production according to the defined standards of process and taking actions to improve the
process "
4-Ensure that material yields are within company standards
5-Develop work safety procedures, make sure the team under supervision follows rules
6-Set up machine maintenances according to plan
7-Carry out criteria assessments and prepare the report for continuous improvement and performance follow
up, present it to management, plan and implement necessary corrective-preventive actions"
8-Determine training needs of foremen, operator and technician and Make sure the team under supervision follows safety procedures and rules
9-Manage the line OPEX budget and equipment investment projects
10-Improve the production methods for developing the quality of the packages & products
11-Manage the spare parts stock level
12-Ensure that the GMP and 6S rules are followed
13-Minimize the production costs and losses
14-To make sure all production machinery and equipment, utilities are top notch maintained in line with SAP
plant maintenance plans."
15-To be curious to look always differently how to perform the job more effectively with less cost.
Candidate Education
Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics
Minimum 02 years of experience
