About the Role: We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Valencia, Lahore. The ideal candidate will help manage daily communication with clients and assist with other routine business tasks. This is an in-house position – you’ll be working closely with the team in our office, helping us stay organized and responsive.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming messages from clients across various platforms (email, Slack, social media, etc.)
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communication
- Keep track of client inquiries, follow-ups, and updates
- Assist with daily admin tasks, reminders, and schedule management
- Support in organizing files, documents, and task lists
- Coordinate with other team members where needed
Requirements:
- Strong written English skills (you’ll be replying to clients regularly)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Tech-savvy and familiar with common communication tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp Web, etc.)
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work without constant supervision
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
Work Environment:
- Full-time, in-house role based in Valencia Town, Lahore
- Comfortable, friendly office setup
