Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing and knowledgeable Sales Representative with proven experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) sales, specifically in bracing products (such as back, knee, wrist, or ankle braces). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Medicare/insurance eligibility, excellent communication skills, and a track record of closing high-volume outbound sales.
You will be responsible for reaching out to qualified leads, educating patients on their benefits, and helping them acquire medically necessary braces in compliance with DME and HIPAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound sales calls to qualified leads provided by the campaign.
- Educate potential customers about Medicare/insurance-covered braces and assess eligibility.
- Use consultative selling techniques to understand the patient’s condition and match them with appropriate DME solutions.
- Verify insurance information and work closely with verification teams to ensure policy compliance.
- Accurately document customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a strong understanding of campaign scripts, compliance standards, and documentation processes.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas.
- Stay informed on Medicare guidelines and DME product updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in DME sales, specifically with braces (back, knee, wrist, etc.).
- Deep understanding of Medicare and commercial insurance requirements related to DME.
- Familiarity with call center environments and outbound sales campaigns.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and call scripting systems.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
