Female Supervisor / Team Lead Required
We are hiring a skilled and proactive female supervisor to lead our customer support team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills (English and local language), strong leadership qualities, and a problem-solving attitude.
Requirements (Mandatory):
- Must be Graduate (Bachelor’s degree minimum).
- Experience in education or sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and issues resolving skills.
- Age limit: 30 to 45.
- Nearby resident of North Nazimabad Block-M.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor team preformance & guide the officers accordingly.
- Identify hurdles & problems & get resolved with problem solving skills.
- Negotiate with clients (student/parent/learner/guardian) as needed.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly with convincing skills.
- team performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure client conversion targets are met.
