We are actively seeking experienced and persuasive insurance closers to join our high-performance US-based Final Expense Insurance Campaign. This is a dynamic sales-based role focused on driving results and closing inbound/outbound insurance leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via phone to present and sell final expense insurance products.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to generate, follow up, and close qualified leads.
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospects through effective communication.
- Overcome objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve campaign performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in a call center sales/closer role.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal communication.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet aggressive sales goals.
- Familiarity with US-based insurance or similar campaigns is highly preferred.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
