Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support Kodifly’s growth and innovation goals.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to guide strategic decisions.
Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
Cost Management:
Oversee cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
Identify areas for cost reduction and implement effective strategies to achieve savings.
Investment & Funding:
Manage relationships with investors, ensuring transparent communication and reporting.
Support fundraising activities, including preparation of financial projections and investment materials.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the stability and security of Kodifly’s financial assets.
Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a Financial Specialist or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
Proficient in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
