We’re building out of San Francisco with a growing team in Pakistan. We’re hiring Pakistan’s top talent (have x2’ed in the last 2 months) and have Ivy League universities like Stanford, Berkeley, Duke and Columbia as customers.
The role
We’re looking for an experienced Founding Growth Marketer that will work directly with the founders to build out the entire inbound marketing function. You will be empowered to build, test, move fast and have a massive impact. We think this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for someone to join a fast growing company that will change the world for the better.
What will you do
Inbound Demand Generation
- Launch integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and qualified leads.
- Manage lead generation channels: email, SEO, AISO, social, content, and website.
- Build and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion-focused funnels.
- Run lightweight paid media experiments (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) and scale what works.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Own and execute the content calendar across blog, email, social, and events.
- Story board and record high-quality video content.
- Develop high-converting, well-researched content for professors (blog posts, case studies, email sequences, webinar decks).
- Build with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, Notion AI) to ideate, draft, and accelerate content workflows.
- Source, engage and secure professors and thought leaders for webinars.
AI-Native Marketing Ops
- Leverage AI to streamline daily tasks: writing, editing, campaign planning, email testing, reporting, etc.
- Use AI-driven analytics tools to track performance and uncover campaign insights.
- Stay on the cutting edge of new tools and use them to increase speed, creativity, and scale.
Marketing Automation & Funnel Optimization
- Build email workflows and nurture sequences using tools like HubSpot or ConvertKit.
- Monitor and optimize funnel metrics (MQLs, conversion rates, CAC).
- Implement A/B tests on website and campaign copy to improve performance.
Sales Alignment & Lead Nurturing
- Partner with sales to define ICPs, refine messaging, and improve lead handoff processes.
- Craft campaigns that warm up cold leads and support sales conversations.
- Coordinate and promote webinars, panels, or content collabs that support pipeline goals.
About you (Must haves)
- Have 3–6 years of experience in B2B or B2C SaaS marketing specifically in the US or Canada or UK markets.
- Have built or contributed to an inbound engine that delivered consistent pipeline.
- Are AI-literate: you know how to prompt, use, and iterate with tools like ChatGPT, Agents, RelevanceAI, etc.
- Are an excellent writer with a proven track record of impactful writing without AI.
- Are a self-starter, extremely ambitious, organized and love owning projects end-to-end.
- Willing to put in regular 10-12 hour days.
Bonus Points For
- Experience marketing in the education space.
- Deep AI expertise to build agentic flows.
- Fluency in data and marketing analytics.
- Having managed and built social media accounts, especially Linkedin, with great success.
- Expertise in marketing tools like HubSpot, Jasper, Zapier and more.
What We Offer
- Minimum 140,000 and beyond PKR/month. We’ll beat anything you can make elsewhere.
