What We’re Looking For
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Freelancer/Upwork Bidder. Your main responsibility will be to generate leads and close deals on platforms like Freelancer.com, Upwork, and other freelance marketplaces.
Job Requirements
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to write clear, persuasive proposals tailored to client needs
- Strong communication skills to handle chats and calls with potential clients
- Passion for digital work, lead generation, and client interaction
- Ability to understand client briefs and coordinate with our internal team
- A proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented mindset
Work Schedule
- 4 hours on site
- 4+ hours work from home
