Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of GRMS.
- Build or manage modules including:
- Guest Web App & WhatsApp Bot
- Staff Android App with real-time ringing alerts
- Admin/Reception Portal
- Manager Dashboard & Reports
- Integrate with Hamsun’s existing booking system (Open API).
- Ensure system is mobile-friendly, multilingual (English & Urdu), and secure.
- Deliver performance reports, task tracking, and escalation features.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building similar hospitality or service platforms.
- Strong in API integration, Android development, and cloud deployment.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API.
- Full-stack proficiency with backend, frontend, and app technologies.
- For agencies: Must provide full technical proposal with cost, timeline, support plan, and training.
