Job Title: Full-Stack MERN Developer (React, Node.js) with PostgreSQL Experience – ERP System Development
About the Project
We are building a custom Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system tailored for internal business operations. This includes modules such as Inventory Management, HR, Finance, Sales, and Procurement.
We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack MERN developer with strong expertise in PostgreSQL to take ownership of the development from architecture to deployment. You should have experience building scalable, modular systems and working in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop front-end interfaces using React.js and back-end APIs with Node.js/Express
- Architect and manage relational data using PostgreSQL
- Build reusable, modular code and scalable architecture for the ERP platform
- Implement secure authentication, role-based access control, and RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Write clean, well-documented code and maintain coding standards
- Conduct unit testing
- Deploy and maintain the application on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred)

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB optional, PostgreSQL required)
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js
- Proficient in designing and optimizing PostgreSQL schemas, indexes, and queries
- Experience building ERP systems or enterprise-grade applications
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and security practices
- CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
