About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Full-Stack Developer to help us build modern, high-performance web applications from the ground up. You’ll work across the stack using React with TypeScript on the frontend and Python (Flask or FastAPI) on the backend. If you enjoy writing clean code, designing efficient systems, and solving real-world problems, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack features using React, TypeScript, and Python (Flask/FastAPI)
- Build responsive and accessible UI components using Tailwind CSS and semantic HTML5
- Model efficient and scalable data structures; write clean, optimized logic
- Develop and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs, including lifecycle management (design, versioning, documentation)
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests; contribute to code reviews to ensure quality
- Participate in Agile workflows (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and help improve team processes
- Use Git for source control, branching strategies, pull requests, and version control
- (Bonus) Assist with AWS services like Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch for deployment and monitoring
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1+ year of professional software development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong proficiency in:
- JavaScript & TypeScript
- React (with hooks, context, and modern component patterns)
- Tailwind CSS and HTML5
- Python using Flask or FastAPI
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and general problem-solving
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows (CI/CD, feature branches, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
