Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Full-Stack Software Engineer (Level 2 or 3) to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and maintaining web applications and internal tools, focusing on front-end and back-end systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience with React.js, Sinatra/Ruby, and PostgreSQL, and is proficient in designing RESTful APIs to support web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop web features using React.js, Sinatra, and Ruby.
Build and maintain internal tools to enhance company operations.
Design and optimize RESTful APIs for cross-platform use.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable code.
Troubleshoot and debug full-stack issues to ensure application performance.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proficiency in React.js, Ruby (preferably Sinatra), and RESTful API development.
Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
Strong grasp of web development best practices and responsive design.
Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
