Position Purpose:
Position Purpose:
We are seeking a Full Stack WordPress Developer responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on). The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.
Education & Professional Qualification:

Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or equivalent degree from a reputed educational Institute, preferably in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
- Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience with WordPress related technologies – mostly as part of a development team
Experience with responsive and adaptive design
Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing new features, functionality and managing websites using WordPress.

Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture.

Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.

Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.

Collaborate with members of a creative team.

Manage front-end and back-end website development.

Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code.

Troubleshoot and resolve website problems for clients and co-workers.
- Stay abreast of new developments in software, trends, and practices.
