- Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models and solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Explore and apply different Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to improve the efficiency and accuracy of AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation in banking services.
- Analyze and preprocess large datasets, ensuring high-quality data for model training and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using Python and related frameworks.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI models in production environments, ensuring they meet performance and security standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, and apply this knowledge to enhance existing solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate AI solutions and findings to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on AI and data science best practices.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles, with a significant focus on Generative AI projects.
- Experience in locally deployed models such as Ollama etc.
- Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI models, such as Llama, Phi3, Mistral etc.
- Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and their practical applications.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
