Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, and digital ads.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design across all platforms.
- Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs that meet deadlines and objectives.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to enhance creativity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Work closely with printers and vendors to ensure print quality and production specifications are met.
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other creative professionals to produce cohesive and impactful designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects (Applications without a portfolio/sample work will not be considered).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
- Knowledge of web design principles and front-end development technologies.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and user-centered design approaches.
- Experience with print production processes and specifications.
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 200,000 per month, depending on skills and expertise (this is a ballpark range, not definitive).
