About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong emphasis on UI/UX design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences, as well as versatile print and social media content. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing and intuitive.
- Create eye-catching graphics and layouts for print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
- Design engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to shape product direction through compelling visuals and user experiences.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and enhance the user experience.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital and print assets.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and graphic design.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design with a solid focus on UI/UX.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects along with a variety of graphic design work, including print and social media.
- Excellent grasp of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences.
