Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Karāchi. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support through various communication channels. The role also involves documenting interactions, following up with customers, and contributing to customer service strategies. Additionally, the candidate will manage relationships and coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction experience
Customer Service Management capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a call center or customer support setting is a plus.
Intermediate OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
