Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Female Call Center Agents to join our Retention Department for a US-based Final Expense Campaign. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound retention calls with professionalism and empathy
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Clearly communicate product offerings and solutions tailored to client needs
- Address client concerns effectively, maintaining a positive and courteous tone
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly retention targets
- Accurately log and maintain records of all client interactions
Candidate Requirements:
- Female applicants only
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (completed)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with US time zones)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- A positive, goal-oriented, and team-focused attitude
