Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have experience with both technical and non-technical recruitment, possess a strong understanding of HR operations, and be capable of managing various HR functions. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the 360-degree recruitment process, HR operations, and employee engagement, while maintaining smooth communication across all levels of the organization. Experience in an IT company is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Handle all documentation related to HR processes, including employee contracts, policy adherence, and compliance.
- Maintain and update employee information.
- Address employee queries related to HR operations, attendance, leave balances, etc.
Recruitment (360-Degree Recruitment Cycle):
- Write and post job descriptions for both technical [software developers, technical project managers, SQA, etc] and non-technical positions [designers, marketer's, etc] .
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and relevant departments.
- Assist in conducting interviews and assessments for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Communicate and coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
Employee Engagement:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives to improve morale and promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure the maintenance of a productive, compliant, and supportive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR, with hands-on experience in both technical and non-technical recruitment. Experience in an IT company is a must.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and documentation requirements.
- Knowledge of recruitment channels and techniques (LinkedIn, indeed, job boards, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have:
- Own Equipment: Candidate must have their own laptop, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace to efficiently work from home as part of the hybrid model.
Additional Information:
- This is a hybrid position, where the candidate will be required to work both from home and the office (Jail Road, Lahore) as needed.
