We are offering a 3-month paid HR Internship Program (Night Shift) for fresh graduates or students in their final semester. This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on exposure to the daily functions of a modern HR department — with the potential to be hired full-time as an HR Officer based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and distributing internal HR communications.
- Support in managing employee leaves, attendance records, and HR documentation.
- Help respond to employee and applicant queries.
- Participate in onboarding and employee engagement processes.
- Contribute to policy updates, compliance tracking, and HR projects.
- Learn to use HR systems and tools under supervision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Comfortable with night shift hours (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
