Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations and processes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As an HR Operation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as local labor laws
- Maintain and update employee benefits information, including enrollment and changes
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related issues
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations and support company-wide initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
