Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international HSE regulations.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; recommend corrective actions.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and reports.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility at all levels.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in [industry type].
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and standards.
