- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job postings to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including reviews and feedback sessions.
- Contribute to the creation of HR policies, procedures, and employee training programs.
- Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and general HR matters.
- Support the HR team in executing key HR strategies and initiatives.
