Job Description: Interact with clients through phone calls, emails, chats, and other communication channels to understand their immigration requirements.
Conduct thorough assessments of client profiles to determine eligibility for various immigration programs.
Guide clients on the documentation and procedures required for business immigration.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and immigration cases.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the immigration process.
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in a customer service or advisory role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Flexibility to adapt to changing immigration regulations and processes.
