Key Responsibilities:
- We are looking for candidates who have a solid background in call centers and strong English fluency, as these are essential for engaging with our client base effectively. We require the agents to have excellent communication skills and proven experience in a sales-oriented environment.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate leads.
- Lead Qualification: Assess lead quality by gathering key information to understand their needs and alignment with our services.
- Database Management: Maintain and update CRM with accurate information about leads and prospects.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for effective lead conversion.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to adjust lead generation strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities, performance, and progress.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field, preferably.
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM software.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding services in the U.S. market.
