Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to drive international sales growth within the automotive sector. This role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with dealers and clients in Ireland, the UK, and the Caribbean markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, a strong understanding of international markets, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Core Markets: Ireland, UK, and Caribbean Regions
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned international markets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and onboarding new dealers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and clients, providing excellent customer service.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
* Negotiate sales contracts and terms.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales, with a focus on international markets.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including vehicle specifications, pricing, and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in English is must.
* Prior experience in car trading for any market is a must.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive basic salary.
* Commission structure based on sales performance.
* Attendance bonus: PKR 5,000
* Attire bonus: PKR 5,000
* New Dealer Bonus (for each new client onboarded): PKR 5,000
