About the Role
We are hiring a hands-on IT Manager with deep expertise in ePOS (Electronic Point of Sale) systems, 3CX VoIP, and Zoho CRM, specifically for restaurant call centers. You’ll be the go-to expert for integrating ordering, payment, and customer support workflows—ensuring seamless operations between ePOS platforms, call center software, and CRM tools. This role is crucial to ensuring seamless day-to-day tech operations and laying the groundwork for future innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot ePOS systems (e.g., Toast, Square, Lightspeed, Oracle MICROS) in a high-volume restaurant/call center environment.
- Integrate 3CX VoIP (call queues, IVR) with ePOS and Zoho CRM for streamlined order processing.
- Oversee call center technology (e.g., call recording, pause/resume functions, agent dashboards).
- Train staff on ePOS shortcuts, CRM workflows, and call center tech.
- Ensure PCI compliance for payment systems and data security.
- Automate repetitive tasks (e.g., order sync between ePOS and CRM).
- Collaborate with restaurant managers and IT teams to resolve technical bottlenecks.
Must-Have Skills
· ePOS Mastery: Toast, Square, Clover, or similar (installation, troubleshooting, reporting).
· 3CX VoIP Expertise: Call routing, IVR, queue management for call centers.
· Zoho CRM Proficiency: Custom workflows, call logging, sales tracking.
· Restaurant Tech Background: Familiarity with online ordering, kitchen displays (KDS), and delivery integrations.
· Problem-Solver: Ability to debug ePOS-CRM-call center sync issues.
