Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled System and Network Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on providing exceptional support across network infrastructure, Computer, Network Printers, Scanners, Security cameras, Time Attendance Devices, Ethernet devices, switches, routers, LAN, WAN & VPN. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, assisting end-users with technical issues, and maintaining the network performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and effective technical support to end-users, computer networks and systems including software, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware·
- Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
- End user accounts, permissions, and access control for various systems and applications.
- Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep systems current.
- Provide comprehensive support for network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal network performance and uptime.
- Provide comprehensive support for IP Cams and Biometric Devices
- Experience Esxi and vsphere are preferred.
- Experience Open source is preferred·
- Experience ERP & Database are preferred.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum Two years of proven experience as a System and Network Administrator or similar role with a strong focus on support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
