About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Java Stack Developer with expertise in JSP/Servlets, Struts, and Oracle to develop and maintain enterprise-level web applications. The ideal candidate will work on Encompass platform integrations, including Developer Connect APIs, Partner Connect (EPC), and web development, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain Java-based web applications using JSP, Servlets, and Apache Struts (MVC).
· Deploy and manage applications on Apache Tomcat server.
· Work with Oracle Database for data storage, queries, and optimization.
· Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for Encompass Developer Connect.
· Enhance and customize Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) functionalities.
· Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless UI integration.
· Use Ant for build automation and Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
· Manage source code using Git/GitHub repositories.
· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
· Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and Struts.
· Strong experience with Apache Tomcat and Oracle Database.
· Proficiency in Ant (build tool) and Jenkins (CI/CD).
· Familiarity with Encompass APIs (Developer Connect, Partner Connect EPC) is a big plus.
· Experience with version control (Git/GitHub).
· Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for JSP integration.
· Understanding of RESTful web services and API integrations.
· Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
