Junior SQA Engineer
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad | On-site

Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
CorTechSols is on the lookout for a Junior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing tech team. If you're detail-oriented, love problem-solving, and have a passion for clean, high-quality software, then this is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases
- Log, track, and follow up on bugs and issues
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure quality throughout the development cycle
- Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing
- Maintain clear and comprehensive test documentation
- Participate in requirement analysis and test planning
- Write and maintain test scripts for automation frameworks
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Assist in release and deployment processes by conducting sanity and smoke testing
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance user experience and product quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 1 – 1.5 years of hands-on QA/testing experience
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze requirements and write effective test cases
- Basic understanding of version control systems like Git is a plus
